Opening Times

The Millennium Gallery Christmas Shop is open Mon-Sat, 10am-4pm from 7-23 December.

When You Arrive

Please enter the shop via the Winter Garden – the Arundel Gate entrance will remain closed.

You’ll be able to check-in using the NHS COVID-19 app – just look out for the QR code poster near the entrance

Visitors are required to wear a face covering when they enter the building – this is in line with Government guidance. Children under the age of 11 don’t need to wear a face covering – you can find details of further exemptions here.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please don’t visit the shop.

Please remember - in line with current Government restrictions, you must not visit with anyone who you do not live with (or have formed a support bubble with) unless exemptions apply.

During Your Visit

We’ve put lots of measures in place to ensure you can shop safely. These include:

  • Limiting the number of people in the building
  • Hand sanitiser available at the entrance
  • Clear social distancing guidance
  • Enhanced cleaning throughout the day
  • Keeping doors open to avoid multiple touch points
  • Screens on our shop counter and card-only payments
  • Changing our air handling system to continuously bring fresh air into the building

Parking

The closest is the NCP car park opposite the Crucible Theatre. Visitors using the Q Park car park on Charles Street are able to claim 50% off the price of their parking – just ask a member for a discount voucher (this discount is currently unavailable with pre-booked parking spaces).
