Forecast: A Diary of the Lost Seasons is a fascinating blend of nature writing and journalism investigating the history, folklore and mythology associated with the weather.

Joe Shute shows that, due to climate change, the British seasons are changing faster and far more profoundly than we realise. In this illustrated talk he shows how seasons are warping, causing havoc with nature and affecting our lives, looking particularly at changes in the Peak District.

Joe Shute is an author and journalist who lives in Sheffield.

Celebrating 70 years of the Peak District National Park
