Picturing Sheffield: What You Do With Days

Thursday 1 August 2019 - Friday 31 January 2020

What You Do With Days is a new book of poems by Sheffield-born poet, Michael Glover. It brings together the best of his Sheffield poems, both old and new.

These poems have been beautifully illustrated with photographs by Mick Jones, as well as new photographs taken by the publisher, Steven Kay, and a selection of these are now on display in Weston Park Museum

Mick Jones grew up on Park Hill and developed a passion for photography, capturing the life of ordinary folk around him. His photographs are an invaluable archive of Sheffield at a time of great change.

The What You Do With Days book is on sale in the museum shop.
