Dan Holdsworth: Mapping the Limits of Space

Mapping the Limits of Space presents the UK premiere of artist Dan Holdsworth’s newest series of images, Continuous Topography, which go on show alongside some of his most significant works from the past seven years.
Dan Holdsworth’s latest work combines real and virtual representations of the geological landscape to explore the relationship between photography, science and technology. Created using digital mapping data to expand the photographic process, the images are informed as much by the history and tradition of landscape photography as the latest technological developments.
"Through hundreds of photographs, ‘the White Mountain’ stands before the viewer in sublime detail, tapping into our instinctive sense of awe in relation to the vastness of such landscapes."
Sara Jaspan, Creative Tourist Exhibitions Editor."Blends the boundaries of art, science and technology to produce art that is both singular and mesmerising"
