George Fullard, (1923-73), was born in Darnall, the son of a coal miner, and went on to be a highly regarded sculptor in the middle of the Twentieth Century.

This tour will look at his bronze sculptures in the city centre, which are sited a few minutes' walk away from the library, which were cast after his death and, finally, a wooden assemblage piece on display in the Graves Art Gallery.

Please note this tour takes place outdoors so please dress appropriately and let our team know of any access requirements you may have.

Please meet in the Central Library Foyer.
