Clarinettist Jack McNeill performs pieces by composers that used the concepts of minimalism and process to create a new kind of composition in the 60’s and 70’s.
McNeill introduces music that would have been produced by peers of the artists in the Kirkland Collection, composers and compositional techniques that influenced visual artist and were a key influence to algorithmic music today.
