Drawing can enhance the memory of an experience, stimulate creative connections and encourage us to appreciate the things around us. Join artist Kay Aitch for this workshop to explore some of the ways in which observation, drawing and creative expression can help wellbeing and mental health.
Suitable for all levels. All materials provided.

This event is part of Drawing the Summer, a programme of exhibitions, events, and have-a-go activities to get Sheffield sketching morning, noon and night. From careful botanical drawings to super speedy charcoal sketches, awaken your inner artist and polish up your creative skills. Take a fresh look at the things around you and capture the moment or let your imagination roam.
