Learn the basics of using a bat detector and find out which species of bat can be found living around Weston and Crookes Valley Parks.  Part of the Sheffield BioBlitz 2014, when we’ll attempt to record as much of the city’s wildlife as possible in a 48 hour period.

You’ll need sensible shoes, warm clothes and a torch.

Meet at Weston Park museum entrance
