Turner Prize-winning artist Grayson Perry’s large scale tapestry Comfort Blanket (2014) makes a striking new addition to Graves Gallery displays this autumn.

Spanning 8 metres, the work deftly explores ideas around British identity and class and joins the city’s Visual Art collection thanks to the generous support of the Arts Council England / Victoria and Albert Museum Purchase Grant Fund and J.G. Graves Charitable Trust.
